Returns, Shipping, Local Pick Up & Delivery, Etc.
Returns Policy
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery, but may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as paying for the return shipping. Shipping charges and payment processing fees are non-refundable! It's Not Stock, LLC will issue a full refund, including payment processing fees, and pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- We do not accept returns on parts that were fitted to a vehicle, regardless of condition. Please confirm fitment before installing parts on your vehicle.
- Items marked "Special Order - Contact us for accurate ETA" are non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled or returned once your order has been placed. We recommend you contact us before placing orders for Special Order items unless you are 100% certain on that item.
- You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This can be dependent on payment method, and how you would like your refund (i.e. Store Credit is much faster than PayPal.) This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
If you received an item and it is damaged from transit / shipping, see below under Shipping Damage, etc.
Cancellation Policy
- Items marked "Special Order - Contact us for accurate ETA" are non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled or returned once your order has been placed. We recommend you contact us before placing orders for Special Order items unless you are 100% certain on that item.
- All orders may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 7%.
Shipping
- For legal reasons, we will NOT ship CARB restricted products into CARB restricted areas. These items will be denoted by the "Race Use Only" disclaimer and/or the following note at the top of the product description:
THIS ITEM CAN NOT BE SHIPPED TO CALIFORNIA CUSTOMERS!
- At this time, we do NOT offer international shipping. All orders must ship to an address within the United States. We do NOT ship to freight forwarders.
- Items that are NOT marked "In Stock" are typically drop-shipped from a supplier or the manufacturer directly. Due to that, the carrier you chose may not be available, and we are at the mercy of their shipping options. We choose the service most comparable to what you selected.
- Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
- MOST orders over $200 ship free, with some exceptions due to large dimensions or heavy weight (i.e. hoods, trunks, hatches, fenders, doors, etc)
- Equilibrium Tuning (EQT) products do not qualify for free shipping due to EQT policies!
Shipping Damage, etc
- Up receiving your item(s), you have 3 days to report damage. We strongly encourage you to open and inspect all items upon arrival, rather than wait until it's too late! We have a limited window of time to file a claim with the shipping carriers for damages. It's Not Stock, LLC is not responsible for damages that occur during shipping / transit. This unfortunately is out of our hands.
Local Pickup / Delivery
- At this time, we are not a customer-facing store front. You cannot just pick up an order at any time! We do offer a local pickup service though, where we can arrange to meet with you to collect your parts in person, as well as a local delivery service within 25 miles of Philadelphia, PA. Items marked "In Stock" can be picked up / delivered same-day if ordered before 2PM (Saturday & Sunday excluded.) Items that are not in stock can be picked up once they have arrived at our facility.
- If you place an order and select this option, you will receive an email from us within 1 business day to arrange the pickup or delivery. Please keep an eye on your email if you selected this option. We will not contact you via phone unless you specifically request in the order comments!
