For the past few years, every February I'd get a little jealous seeing all the social media coverage and pictures from the warm weather Florida show, EuroTripper. So I made it an effort to make the trip down for it this year. We didn't set up a booth for It's Not Stock or really get involved in the show. Getting everything there for a show that far is not an easy task, and I just wanted to be able to enjoy the show and hang out with people.

I knew I wanted to drive the MK7.5 down from Philadelphia, rather than flying, as it just wouldn't have been the same without my car. Plus, cool photo opportunities with palm trees! I stayed with a friend who moved to Coral Gables about a year and a half ago for the week before the show, so it was awesome catching up and hanging out with him as well. We also hit up a EuroTripper Pre-Meet hosted by our friends at Volkwerkes in Miami at Beat Culture Brewery which was pretty fun too and had a lot of cool cars!

The meet at Beat Culture had a good mix of old and new, and as a bonus the food and drinks were pretty great too! The lighting wasn't super ideal for photos, so I did the best I could editing them. But I highly recommend checking out Beat Culture Brewery if you're ever in the Miami area, and they have tons of different car nights where the parking lot is a giant hang out!

Thank you to Mont, for sending me a link to a cruise to the show on Saturday morning from the east coast of Florida that we jumped in with too! I was surprised at how many awesome cars turned out for the cruise across to Fort Myers. When we arrived at the gates right around 9AM, we were told to turn around, as regular show cars weren't being let in until 11AM. Luckily, we weren't the only ones who weren't aware of this, so the gas station down the street turned into a giant car meet and was a ton of fun too!

If you're ever contemplating going to EuroTripper, I highly recommend it! We may look into becoming more involved with the show in the future! The weather is typically beautiful in Fort Myers at this time of year and the turn out of cars is huge and high quality!
